Returns Policy:
All the products at ZYPHOZ store go through detailed inspection before being shipped. Our return policy illustrates the return conditions and procedures in case you find any issues in the product:
- No refund & no exchange is applicable for the products as these are all made on demand items. Our customer service team calls before preparing your items to reconfirm size, therefore , exchange or refund due to size is not possible later.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case you have received damaged item or wrong item then what you have ordered, then you can inform our team regarding the same. Our team will analyze the product delivered, for which following requirements need to be followed:
- Please make sure to make opening video of the courier packet after receiving the product as a proof that no damage was done during opening the packet.
- Exchange is offered only for defective products when proper packet opening video is provided.
- Any damaged product should be reported to us within 2 days from delivery of the product.
- No replacement will be provided for used products.
- We will provide free replacement only for defective products (with proper opening video) if any/all products don't match the size chart provided by us. However, an error margin of ±2% is allowed on product sizes. For example chest size for Large jersey is 40 inches, the error allowed will be ±0.8 inch.
- Customer will be responsible to provide clear images showing that the product is damaged or incorrect in size.
- Decision to provide a replacement product after reviewing the images from the customer will be solely at the discretion of Zyphoz team. All customers should agree to accept Zyphoz decision in regards to any product replacement request before making any purchases on this website.
- Customer will be responsible to provide the return shipment in case of defective product. Zyphoz will compensate for shipping charges if the return receipt is provided by the customer (maximum compensation capped at Rs. 150)
- Replacement product will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days after the damaged product is received back at our office.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized/ Personalized articles can't be exchanged or refunded. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
In case our team has approved for exchange, then please dispatch the item back to us within 3 days. You can use normal courier or post office. Once your packet is received at our facility, we will inform you and prepare the exchanged product. Your exchanged product will dispatched within 4 days of receiving the damaged product.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds at the moment once the product is prepared as these are made on demand. In case, you want to cancel the order before its prepared then inform us as soon as possible regarding cancellation reason. Our team will check to confirm whether article has already been prepared. In case its not in production yet, then we will inform you about it and process the refund. However in case the order is already in production process then we can't cancel the order. Generally, there is no refund option after delivery, however, in case our team had made prior written commitment which we couldn't fulfill due to any reason then exchange/ refund we will be processed depending on the prior agreement. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
